Sometimes people amaze me, and not in a good way either.

Why is it that salespeople are always eager to sell you something, but customer service is never eager to help you with a problem?

Why do doctor's offices over book appointments to have you sit for well over an hour for an appointment you were early to?

Why is it that if you miss a payment on any of your bills you get a personal phone call, but if you need to talk to someone you have to press three hundred keys on the phone to get to a live person?

Why do people complain in long lines, it doesn't make the line go any faster?

What is the incessant need to talk on a cell phone all the time, everywhere, even public restrooms?

I think I need a vacation :)
