I love this passage. Here's a different spin on it as well. If G-d is love, then take out the word love from the passage and each time replace it with the word G-d. Brings a whole different perspective to it.
We've done that at one of the services in church and it was really great to have 2000+ ppl say it out loud very moving experience and you can type GOD in your response if you like.
